Our customers are billed weekly through an invoice, which is sent via email. Payment is due within seven (7) days of the invoice date. Both bank transfers and credit/debit card payments are accepted. To prevent any service delays, kindly make sure that your payment details are current.
We primarily serve the Denver Metro area and locations within a 20-mile radius of the metro area. Deliveries outside our standard service area may be subject to additional fees. Please contact our customer support team for more information.
If you need to cancel a delivery, please notify us at least 2 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Cancellations made within 2 hours of the pick-up time will incur a 50% cancellation fee for the route.
